What is ProverbAI?

ProverbAI is an AI platform that automates the annual program assessment review for universities. Every year's reviews, reports and feedback accumulate into one continuous, defensible record for university and programmatic accreditation, so the record is never rebuilt from scratch.

What does ProverbAI do?

ProverbAI reviews each program's assessment plan, records every finding with the evidence from the plan behind it, and drafts feedback for the program. Your team accepts each result or adjusts it, ProverbAI produces each program's report, and every year adds to the program's record, all in one workspace.

How it works
How much time does ProverbAI save?

A review that takes about a month by hand is done in days. ProverbAI does the reading, so your team checks and approves results instead of reviewing every plan from scratch. Because every year's results are kept, the evidence is already in one place when accreditation comes.

Can we change ProverbAI's results?

Yes. Your team can accept ProverbAI's result as it is or adjust it: change a finding with a written reason, rewrite the feedback, or review the plan by hand and compare. Every change is recorded, and nothing reaches a program until your team approves it.

Who uses ProverbAI?

Everyone involved in your review, set up around your institution's own structure: the people who oversee the review, your reviewers, and the people who lead each program. You decide who is invited and what each person sees; accreditors do not need accounts.

What do programs need to do?

Submit the program's annual assessment plan by the deadline. In ProverbAI, the people who lead each program follow the plan's progress, read each year's report beside earlier ones and message the assessment office during the year.

What happens when a program's lead changes?

The program's record stays in ProverbAI. Access belongs to the program, not the individual: your team hands the program to its new lead in one step, the previous holder's access ends immediately, and the new lead inherits the program's full history.

How do programs submit their plans?

Each program submits its assessment plan as a document in ProverbAI, with no forms to fill in. If a document cannot be read, the program is asked to submit it again.

Can we customize the review standard?

No. ProverbAI reviews every plan against the same standard, so results mean the same thing across programs, colleges and years, and the record compares fairly over time.

What does a program's report include?

Each program's report shows its overall result and rating, comparisons with its college and the institution, and the feedback your team approved. ProverbAI prepares the reports once every plan that came in has been approved, and each report joins the program's earlier years. A plan that arrives after the deadline gets its own report later, compared with the published numbers.

ProverbAI and your team

Does ProverbAI decide the result?

No. ProverbAI does the review, with evidence for each finding, and drafts the feedback; your team makes the call. A reviewer approves every result, and nothing reaches a program until it is approved.

What do reviewers do?

Reviewers check ProverbAI's result instead of reading every plan from scratch. They see the plan beside ProverbAI's review, check the evidence behind each finding, and approve the result, adjust a finding with a written reason, edit the feedback, or review the plan by hand and compare.

How accurate is ProverbAI?

We do not publish accuracy figures yet. We are testing ProverbAI against trained reviewers on real plans, and will publish results only after a blind test gives us evidence we can stand behind. Until then, a reviewer checks every plan.

How we test ProverbAI
What if a plan doesn't address something?

ProverbAI records that it cannot be determined from the plan and shows where it looked. Your reviewer then makes the call.

Can we see the review methodology?

The methodology is ProverbAI's own and stays private. Your team sees everything it needs to act on a result: each finding, the evidence behind it, and how the program did in each area of the review.

Which AI model does ProverbAI use?

A model from Anthropic, which reads each plan during ProverbAI's review. Your team approves every result.

Data and access

Where is our data stored?

In the United States. Workspace records, sign-in and submitted plans are held by Supabase on Amazon Web Services; the website, application and review service run on Cloudflare; and the model that reads each plan is provided by Anthropic.

Security
Do you train AI models on our plans?

No. ProverbAI does not use your plans to train AI models.

Who can see a program's plan?

Within your workspace: the people you give oversight of the review, the plan's assigned reviewer and the program's current lead. No other institution can access it, and ProverbAI's model provider reads it only for the review.

Can programs see ProverbAI's review before it is approved?

No. Programs can follow their plan's progress, from submitted to reviewed, but see findings only after your team approves them. ProverbAI's access rules enforce this.

Should plans include student records?

No. Please remove identifiable student information, such as names with grades or samples of student work, before submitting a plan.

Availability and pricing

Is ProverbAI available today?

Not yet. ProverbAI is currently in private testing and not yet available to institutions.

What is working today?

In testing now: secure sign-in, program setup and invitations, handover when a program's lead changes, opening the review year and assigning reviewers, plan submission, and ProverbAI's review of each plan with evidence and draft feedback.

Being completed: approving results, adjusting a finding with a written reason, editing feedback and review by hand. Next: comparative reports, publishing to programs, messaging, notifications and reminders.

How much does ProverbAI cost?

ProverbAI is offered as one subscription per institution. Pricing is not published; talk to us about your institution's needs.

Do you run pilots?

Pilot terms have not been published. If your assessment office is interested, talk to us.

When will ProverbAI launch?

We have not announced a launch date.

Does ProverbAI work with our accreditor?

ProverbAI runs your institution's own annual review of program assessment plans and keeps every year's results as a continuous record you can draw on for university and programmatic accreditation. It does not submit anything to accreditors, and no accreditor endorsement is implied. Program assessment comes first; other accreditation work will follow.

Getting started

How do we get started?

Talk to us about how your assessment office runs its review year. When ProverbAI is released, we will set up your institution's workspace around your structure and invite the person who will lead your review.

Talk to us
What does setup involve?

Your team brings your colleges and programs into ProverbAI as they are organized today, previews every change before it is saved, and invites the people involved. Once reviewers are invited, the review year can open.

Do we need to install anything?

No. ProverbAI runs in a web browser, and everyone signs in with their email address and a one-time code.
